"Auto quote was misleading. After I paid in advance for a 1 year Homeowner's Policy, they sent me a bill for several hundred dollars, so agent misquoted me, and company did not honor the agent's quote. I complained. Now their jacking my auto insurance 6% after 6 months. I asked the agent why they are raising it, and they don't bother to respond."
